We were incorporated in year 1995 as PSO Precision Machinist and later we changed to ATASMI Precision Machinist in year 2005 to synonymous to our timing screw branding.

We began in 1995 with a production facility of 2,000 square feet, 2 CNC milling machines and 3 operators. Atasmi was established with the objective of being the leader in precision engineering primarily to serve in particular food and beverages filling & packaging equipment users. In year 1995, Atasmi was known as one of the pioneers in manufacturing the plastic timing screw. Today we are still recognized as the leader in this industry. We gained our experience and expertise in quality engineering over the years. Since year 1998, we had become a regular vendor to a numbers of established foreign based Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) in South East Asia.

In June 2007, we proudly took procession of our new DMU 80 simultaneous 5+1 horizontal axis machine centre. That has allowed us to add more flexibility, accuracy and speed to machine the complicated parts. Despite of our extra capability, we are still offering our services with a very competitive price. In order for us to take full advantage of what our 5-axis machine can truly offer, we had acquired the Open Mind_Hyper Mill 9.6 machining software which is the forefront of simultaneous 5 axis offline milling.

Today, we are operating on a 6,000 square feet production facility. We are equipped with 6 units of CNC Milling Machines, 2 units of 4-Axis CNC milling machines, 1 unit of 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine, 3 units of CNC Lathe Machines, 30 operators and most importantly backed by our 30 years of experience in the manufacturing of precision machined parts. In year 2010, we will be moving to a new production facility with 11,000 square feet in size that would allow us to serve you better.
